Netfinity 4500R  !!!

 There appears to be some kind of management hardware in certain IBM PCs,
which interacts badly with the NMI watchdog.  Since NMIs are not visible
outside CPUs, the only reason of this behaviour may be System Control Port
B (at 0x61) accesses which are performed by our NMI handler to determine
the reason of a NMI.  With neither documentation nor hardware that's about
all that can be deduced.
