BogoMIPS is BogoMIPS. BogoMIPS is not megahertz. If BogoMIPS doesn't
match megahertz, that is BogoMIPS' business. Nothing is being detected
"wrong." The fact that the BogoMIPS number has changed for 2.2.16 just
means that the way BogoMIPS is calculated has changed. You shouldn't
care about this number.
