Well, in 2.3.33 it's fixed:

calibrating APIC timer ...
..... CPU clock speed is 200.4548 MHz.
..... host bus clock speed is 66.8179 MHz.
cpu: 1, clocks: 668179, slice: 222726, nr: 2.
CPU1<C0:668176,C:222720,D:4,S:222726,C:668179>
cpu: 0, clocks: 668179, slice: 222726, nr: 1.
CPU0<C0:668160,C:445424,D:10,S:222726,C:668179>
checking TSC synchronization across CPUs: passed.

I don't know 2.3.32 because I downloaded both patches at the same time,
and applied both of them.

Thanks for the replies.
