Yes I have one and it runs just fine.  Mine is a M54Pe-16a.  It has 
dual P 100s on it.  My only problem is that my configuration gets
lost after I've had it off for a while.  I'd leave it on 24/7 except
it makes the room hot :).  I compiled the kernel on another smp box
just to speed things up.  It was 2.1.108 I think. SMP=1 etc.

I have an adaptec 1740 EISA SCSI card and have to use the CF.EXE
program to set the board up.  Got the disks that came with the
M54Pe?  I'd love to get my hands on those files.
