Hello people!

It wasn't a tulip driver problem!

I have also a soundcard (ESS1868) and it grabbed IRQ10 at startup, so that
NIC and SCSI got always the same interrupt. ( There is also a ISDN-card
and an "Unused USB-Adapter". )
Pulling the soundcard out of the box and everything is fine.
Finally I put my old Soundblaster 16 in (which never heard about PnP) and
it uses IRQ5....
