So far I interprete the P6DNF manual, we only have a total of six jumpers
handling the CPU/PCI-clocks ( J29,J30,J31,J32,J36,J37 )
More precise:
The Manual says
 J29 J30 J31 J32 J36 J37
off on on on on off 150 Mhz CPU(s)
off on on on off on 166 Mhz CPU(s)
on off on on on off 180 Mhz CPU(s)
on off on on off on 200 Mhz CPU(s)

THE FOLLOWING IS MERELY MY GUESS!
IF YOU TRY YOU'RE EXPERIMENTING ON YOUR OWN RISC (MOTHERBOARD/CPU(s)):
I would say that at least J36, J37 regulate the PCI-clock (60 Mhz, 66 Mhz?)
and J29, J30 the CPU-ratio (2.5:1, 3:1 ?)
Extrapolating I assume that J31 and J32 also belong to CPU-ratio. You
might first leave the PCI-clock at 60 Mhz (or below, if possible) and
find out the right combination for 2:1 (if it exists) after this you can
freely experiment with the PCI-clock.
If you want to be sure you better contact someone at SuperMicro.
