For starters, it would be even helpful (directly at the "mail to
linux-smp@vger.kernel.org" text) to tell _what_ needs to be submitted,
because sometimes, we're getting nothing more than the "mail to line",
sometimes, the whole "dmesg" output (possibly even for several days)
shows up...
