Hello there,

I have a machine with few resource-eater processes, and during a probe
how to reduce the system load, i've found a strange report from vmstat:

procs	memory swap io system	cpu
r b w swpd free buff cache si so bi bo in cs us sy id
4294967295 0 0 264 10888 9920 741400 0 0 37 39 523 148 32 2 66

which means that there are 4294967295 processes waiting for run time,
which is - impossible ;-) Maybe there is some scheduling problem ? System
is 2x1 GHz PIII coppermines, 1 Gb RAM with enabled high mem, kernel is
2.4.19 compiled with -O3 and patched only with grsecurity, vmstat is from
procps-3.0.5 .
