Hello,
I am seeing the following message in my system's /var/log/messages log:
kernel: WARNING: MP table in the EBDA can be UNSAFE,
contact linux-smp@vger.kernel.org if you experience SMP problems!
I'm not sure it is a SMP problem that periodically kills the box, but this
log message is a little ominous.
The box is a IBM Netfinity 4000R server running RedHat's 3.4.7-10smp
kernel (RH 7.2). It has dual 750MHz Pentium III (Coppermine) CPUs and 2GB
of memory.
A bootlog is attached. Any information you can provide will be great.
