Hi. I'm trying to boot 2.4.10 w/SMP on a brand new Asus CUV4X-D
Jumperfree PCI133/VCI133 motherboard with two Pentium III processors.
I get a message to send mail here (thus, this message). The last
thing before the boot freezes is:
Using local APIC timer interrupts
Calibrating APIU timer
cpu: 0, clocks 1339184, slice 446394
CPU0<T0:1339184, T1:892784, D:6, S:446399, C:1339184>
cpu: 1, clocks 1339184, slice 446394
CPU1<T0:1339184, T1:892784, D:6, S:446399, C:1339184>
2.4.10 with no SMP works fine and 2.2.19 with SMP works fine too.
I'll be glad to give you whatever additional information I can and any
help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
