This patch is a preparation for "Allow LKM-based LSM modules." patchset.
Commit 808d4e3c "consitify do_mount() arguments" and commit d2b31ca6
"userns: Teach security_path_chown to take kuids and kgids" may be needed for
applying this patch because I made this patch upon current linux-next tree.

Subject: [PATCH] TOMOYO: Rename security/tomoyo/tomoyo.c to security/tomoyo/lsm.c.
This patch is for installing TOMOYO LSM module as tomoyo.ko, after runtime
registration of LSM modules via loadable kernel modules became possible.
