The Advances in Linux Security Miniconf is accepting proposals for
presentations. There are a very limited number of slots available for
long (more than 30 minutes) talks. The majority of the talks should be
short (30 minutes including questions) to accommodate the limited time
available. If there is sufficient interest expressed there may also be a
set of lighting (5 minutes) talks. Alas, presenting at the miniconf does
not confer speaker perks for LCA.

 Proposals must include:

Abstract

This should be a paragraph describing why someone might want to listen
to the talk. It should describe the intended audience. The abstract
should say what is interesting, new or novel about what you've got to
say. It should include how long you would like to talk.

Biography

Treat this as a way to introduce yourself to the program committee. The
biography will be used along with the abstract to chose the speakers. If
you sound like an interesting speaker it will improve the chances you
will get selected.

If you are interested in giving a Lightning Talk you can skimp on the
abstract and biography.

Send proposals to: lca2012smc@yahoo.com by November 3rd, 2012 for
priority consideration and November 10th at the latest. Early
submissions will always be given preference over late ones. Interesting,
new and novel subject matter will be the highest priority. Papers are
appreciated but not necessary.

(Yes, I realize that the year is wrong in the email address.)
