Hi Cesar

if you take a look at http://www.steenbeckdigital.de and look
for VMOD201 you find a machine that boots from 4MB
(only 2MB needed) FlashDisk (ROM if you like) and lives in
32MB RAM (4MB for the system). 
If you really mean ROM with copying it into the RAM,
there also is a ROM-FileSystem that LinuX supports.
