Yes.  But obviously, not linux-ppc.  Since the quadra isn't a ppc.

Search the web for linux/m68k, which I imagine is likely to run on a quadra.
 Or NetBSD/OpenBSD, which I think does too.  Debian (www.debian.org) produce
a distribution for m68k machines.
