I would go different route first, before delving into OS and NIC
compatibility issues. But that's just me. Check what FW versions you have
installed, then go to
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=F87K5
read the changelog, click 'Other versions', select the previous FW
revision, read changelog, repeat until you reached your current FW.
Hopefully your issue is mentioned. If not it might be OS issue.
