Subject: DRAC OOB monitoring (via OMSA/IT Assistant) independent of DRAC's

Is it possible to use OMSA and/or IT Assistant to monitor DRACs on an
Out-of-Band network, completely independent of each DRAC's host OS (the OMSA
client won't be installed)?

Specific points:
* OMSA 'monitoring server' and ~20 DRACs will all be sitting on the same,
isolated network
* OMSA 'monitoring server' will not be able to talk to the host OS on each
PE (nor will the OMSA client be installed)
* Looking through the 5.4 OMSA documentation, it sounds like the
installation of an OMSA client on each PE is required (if it's not, will the
'monitoring server' complain?)
* Looking to monitor things like CPU temp, Fan Health, etc... and generate
email alerts if thresholds are crossed (or failures occur)
* I accept the fact that RAID/PERC status will not be able to be monitored

Any advice or pointers to specific documentation (or examples) would be
appreciated.
