I installed RedHat 9 on my new Dell PE 700 and the embedded network
interface was not recognized during install. I have been to Dell's, Intel's
and RedHat's websites trying to find NIC drivers w/ out success. I found a
readme on the Intel site (along w/ a tar.gz (e1000-5.2.30.1.tar.gz) ) that
said Intel makes an rpm available w/ RedHat 9 but I have not been able to
locate the specific rpm on any of the 3 vendor's sites. I would rather not
have to build my own from tar.gz that I found.

Does anyone know where I can find this driver?
