Just tried it, same results.

Lets me give a few more observations.
If I insert the card (watching syslog), I see no change (nothing, it
doesn't seem to detect the card).

I then remove the card, same results ... nothing.

I insert the card again and get the "unable to apply power" error.

Two questions;
1. Is there anything else I can try (obvious).
2. Does anyone know how far back in versions I would have to go in order
to get this working again???
