Changes since 2.6.17-rc6-CITI_NFS4_ALL-1
	- update to 2.6.17 and Trond's latest
	- undo revert of patch causing failure on holey test--the problem's
	  still there, though....
	- various fslocations cleanup (mainly based on Neil's feedback) from
	  Manoj and me
	- minor rsc_parse cleanup
	- simplify nfsd privacy by just turning off use of sendfile in read
	  case
	- pass correct flags into vfs open; fixes a bug which caused io errors
	  on filesystem without sendfile
	- fix checks for valid open access/deny bits
	- fix a bad unlock in an error path (thanks to Bryce, pynfs, and
	  the mutex debugging code....
