Hi,
I'm spending some time revisiting the nfs recovery mechanisms, ie, reboot
and recovery by clients and server to resume operations.
While doing this after a reboot I got the following, which seems very odd
and out of place. ;)
I was doing a compile on the nfs mount, rebooted, session resumed with the
following ... (btw, this was my second reboot, first reboot recovered just
fine up until I rebooted again).
--- cut from console ---
IG_FILE=\"/etc/sshd_config\" -DSSH_PROGRAM=\"/usr/local/bin/ssh1\" -DETCDIR=\"/etc\" \

-DTIS_MAP_FILE=\"/etc/sshd_tis.map\" -D_GNU_SOURCE

Looking at the error it appears I was returned an NFS3ERR_NOSPC, but
why? I've confirmed I'm only using 30% of disk on the server as well as
the above output from df -k on the client. I then even wrote to the mount
point eating some of that space which it told me wasn't available. :)
Maybe this is just an odd occurance, then again, maybe this will interest
somebody.
Linux client - 2.2.17pre13+trond0.22.3+dhiggen-over-0.22+ext3-0.0.2f.
Linux server - 2.2.14+trond0.20.11+dhiggen_merge_2.0+ext3-0.0.2d.
I'm gonna upgrade my server real quick to 2.2.17 et all as well and see
how things go.
