 Ok, guys! I found the drivers by myself, 
                             at ftp.winbond.com.tw, although the transfer 
was 0.1 Bytes/sec. 
 If someone has the same problem, (Ethernet card Hostlink or smth. else 
based on Winbond 940 chipset), You can download the drivers from my ftp site:
