Greetings,

I am having problems getting an Intel AL440LX to recognize two network
cards (3Com's 3c905-TX).

The motherboard recognized one ethernet card without too much trouble.
However, it complained about a "resource conflict" whenever I added a
second ethernet card. The error message is as follows:

	Resource conflict- PCI Network Controller
	  Bus: 00, Device: 0F, Function: 00

The "DMI Event Logger" on the motherboard contains the following
message:

	Pre-Boot Error: CMOS Checksum Error

I upgraded the Phoenix BIOS to 4A4LL0X0.868.0019.P07, but this did not
help either.

Any advice with this problem would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

	-Walid
