The patch titled
Subject: ipack: print a hex number after a 0x prefix
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
ipack-print-a-hex-number-after-a-0x-prefix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Subject: ipack: print a hex number after a 0x prefix
It makes the result hard to interpret correctly if a base 10 number is
prefixed by 0x. So change to a hex number.
