The patch titled
     Subject: scsi-resolve-sg-buffer-const-ness-issue-fix
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     scsi-resolve-sg-buffer-const-ness-issue-fix.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into \
scsi-resolve-sg-buffer-const-ness-issue.patch
