Here's a new diff for 2.1.105.

What's new/changed:

  o Reboot code for MAC_ADB_CUDA (maybe MAC_ADB_IISI) implemented.
    MAC_ADB_IISI hasn't been tested.  Old reboot code for MAC_ADB_II
    reimplemented.

  o Power-down code for MAC_ADB_CUDA (maybe MAC_ADB_IISI) implemented.
    MAC_ADB_IISI hasn't been tested.  Old power-down code for MAC_ADB_II
    reimplemented.

  o Fixes and cleanup in arch/m68k/mac/config.c.  Added MACE ethernet
    config for 660av/840av.

  o Prevent crash in macboing() for 660av/840av by not allowing direct
    access to ASC hardware.

  o Michael Schmitz's cleanup of NCR53C9x SCSI driver.

  o Cleanup of various compiler warnings during make.

  o Added more m68k Mac models in comments in include/asm-m68k/macintosh.h.
    Fixed PowerBook 190's gestalt code.
