The MacOS built into the ROMs in the MacII-series machines up to the IIfx
don't know about Command-Option-P-R at powerup. This was a feature Apple
added to all later boxes. For the earlier computers, this key sequence will
be operated on once the RAM-based MacOS takes over. This happens when the
System file takes over, right after the happy Mac icon appears (MacOS 7.0 or
later).
