Hi Ricardo,

A number of thing could be wrong.
When does the kernel panic appear?
at boot up?
It might be a disk gone bad. can you boot from
boot/root floppy and check your hard disk?

Do you have some inormation fom log files?
(/var/log/messages)

Please send some more information, it might be
helpfull.
