Is anyone working on the MS-DOS filesystem problems that I have reported
many times?

If not, maybe I should work on it. However, I don't want to do work that
is already being done. The problem is that 'ls' on a mounted MS-DOS
file-system causes a crash as the SCSI driver is being asked to read
beyond the physical bounds of the media. Such commands never complete, the
queue gets full, then all hell breaks out with everything going aiee and
oops, etc. The problem does not occur with 'echo *' which does not stat()
a file to get its size.

This has happened since V2.1.xx.

Cheers,
Dick Johnson
