A few new minor features.  Probably including the patch from lclaudio for
gracefully failing over resources.

Patches are being accepted ;-)

There is a fellow at Anna University (karunakar reddy) who is looking into
this for completion by November for his class work.

You might look at the "monitor" operation in the IPaddr resource script for
more insight to my current thinking.  I'm sure Karunakar would be happy to
have others review his design and code as he goes forward.

Yes, we've discussed a whole common framework -- and this is something which
could easily be a "low hanging fruit".  Lars is quite interested in this...
