Registry magic...

You can do it from here I think...

Windows 2K pro:

	File Manager/Tools/Folder Options/File Types/New

and see where that leads you ;-)

This will let you add the new file type, but I'm not sure how to set
the MIME type.  That's probably done somewhere else.
