Not exactly so. The new agent was not of production quality. I
improved it a bit, but it was still not quite there because
apachectl was not (then) up to the task. So, at least I don't
feel ashamed. Furthermore, we _do_ have a functioning apache
resource agent.

No objections. Perhaps apachectl works better now.
