The patch is actually _only_ about /proc/fs/nfsd/unlock_filesystem --
the RA doesn't know anything about the virtual NFS server IP. Speaking
of which: are there any NFS servers out there that can listen on an
address other than wildcard? Or export a directory on a specific server
IP only?
