Hello -

I want to start translation of www.linuh-ha.org to Russian. As far as
I know the site content gets built from wiki.linux-ha.org but I can't
find Right and Top parts (those with links) of the Home page in wiki.
So what would be the right way to create
http://www.linux-ha.org/ru/HomePage_ru?
