The OCF agents will actually be in _subdirectories_ under
/usr/ocf/resource.d/, as there may be several "providers". (ie,
heartbeat and some other clustering package could bring a "Filesystem"
agent, which would then be in /usr/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat/Filesystem
and /usr/ocf/resource.d/PolyServe/Filesystem).

This is a good point. The OCF RA spec allows for that, but we have not
yet defined how the CRM/LRM will deal with different providers of
resource agents...

I think we might need an additional "provider" tag for OCF agents.
