Alan, When do you think we can do a "code freeze" ?

It would really make my life easier for the porting process (if I didn't
keep getting new "unknown" code) ?  

Not that I don't mind a challenge *g*

Hi,

I've put two new things in the CVS repository:

	Stéphane Billiart's unicast communication medium

	Kevin Dwyer's ipfail plugin (heartbeat client)

Kevin's code isn't yet made as part of the system yet, but it's in the 
contrib/ipfail directory (so I don't lose it at least ;-)).

I've changed the name of Stéphane's plugin to be ucast - in order to be 
consistent with the bcast and mcast names we use in CVS.

This code is now all checked into CVS.  Neither piece has been tested. 
Since the plugin system used by the CVS version is quite different from the 
old version that Stéphane based his work on, I could have mangled it.
