The patch titled
     "ext4_ext_put_in_cache" uses __u32 to receive physical block number
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     ext4_ext_put_in_cache-uses-__u32-to-receive-physical.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
