I've released cryptoapi-2.4.7.0 right now;
you can download the source tarball from the projects' file section on
sourceforge;
after unpacking, just do a
./configure --enable-test-tools
to enable building of the test_cipher tool;
it's main use for now is to test the ciphers against known test vectors
and it is used by the test_vektor.sh;
