i have fixed a few problems with the he driver this week, nothing critical:

. more efficient memory usage when allocating buffers (the 4k buffers
  were being padded to 8k, and using only 4k really, what a waste) 
  so the card only uses 2M, instead of 4M now.

. close with flush apparently means 'discard transmit data' which isnt
  what is desired (i think)  pdus at the end of very high bit rate
  streams were dropped (this didnt affect reliable protocols like tcp, just
  udp and aal5) 

. he_stop() has been fixed so that it can clean up after a failed he_init()
  [which probably failed due to a lack of memory]

performance note:  using 8k pdus, the driver (he622) gets 530Mb/s.
