	I need some help in using AAL 0. Please answer if you know.

- Does atmtcp support AAL 0 ? 
- Does AAL 0 needs to have a specified PVC or SVC ? Or should I use
T2A_UNSPEC in text2atm ? (doc says it's only for PVCs)
- What are the atm_qos parameters I should use ? Aren't
aal=ATM_AAL, [rt]xtp.traffic_class=ATM_ANYCLASS,
[rt]xtp.max_sdu=ATM_AA0_SDU correct ?
- Should I use connect and bind for AAL0 ?
  
I know probably some or most of this questions are stupid, but I can't
seem to get how this works out of the documentation.
