looking at the atm.patch it doesnt seem that linx-atm supports
any platforms besides i386 and alpha.  i would be interested
in getting linux-atm running under linux-pmac (with the nicstar
driver in particular)

the biggest hurdle seems to be the endianess of the kernel
level drivers?  it seems some cards (like the efficient
networks) support either endian?
