Hello!

We have connected 2 LE 155 NICs back to back. All works (via CLIP) except
ATM ARP server :( If we set 2 IP and ATM addresses manually using atmarp program -
all works good. When we are trying to say :

atmarpd -s 192.168.26.0 me pub arpserv

(or without "pub") we start to get a lot of following messages :

------- cut -------

atmarpd:ARP: TIMEOUT (entry 192.168.26.0), 25000 retries
