If you have an old kernel, the correct way to solve this is to be
honest to make config: if you don't boot the kernel with Angel, tell
make config that you don't boot with Angel (CONFIG_ANGELBOOT disabled).
The best way to solve it is to upgrade to a new kernel that
automatically detects the presence of Angel.

The swi is not generated head-armv.S but in arch/arm/boot/compressed/head.S.
