The Archos PMA430 has a 30GB hard drive and runs on an OMAP. Whether you'd call it an _embedded_ device I don't know, but if not, then a Zaurus isn't one, either ;) [...] > Otherwise what you really want here is suspend to ram. I second that. It depends however how much power drain you can stand. I'd say that a 32MB SDRAM draws around 3-4 mA in self-refresh, and you have the rest of the board, plus the CPU, if it does not allow to be completely powered down. regards, matthias > > > Nicolas > > ------------------------------------------------------------------- > List admin: http://lists.arm.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/linux-arm-kernel > FAQ: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/faq.php > Etiquette: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/etiquette.php ------------------------------------------------------------------- List admin: http://lists.arm.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/linux-arm-kernel FAQ: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/faq.php Etiquette: http://www.arm.linux.org.uk/mailinglists/etiquette.php
