Wow, you're specific:

The gift of mind-reading and all-knowing is not really apparent among the
readers of the mailing list, so I guess you can't really get an answer to
this question.

Look at linux-2.4.19-rmk7 with "make menuconfig" if you see your board. If
not, then you will have to get your hands dirty and spend some quality
time coding.

And even if your board is listed there, it doesn't mean that all hardware
on your board are supported. E.g. for the Accelent IDP (both the SA1110
and PXA ones) there aren't drivers for every piece of hardware in the
Linux tree.

"Startup code": not sure what you mean. Maybe the bootloader? It depends,
if the board has a supported boot loader or not.

This mailing list can usually help those people that can help themselfes.
Read www.arm.linux.org.uk, read "Linux Device Drivers", read parts of the
Linux source code, read Documentation/arm/*, read arm.linux.org.uk again,
read parts of the mailing list archive, e.g. you can search for "new
board", "porting" etc. You can look at patches to port Linux to some
other hardware and grep the source code for
CONFIG_ARCH_<whatever-board-you-chose-as-example> to see where changes
might be needed.

Linux is GPL. Providing binaries and no source code is a copy right
violation towards more than 1000 Linux kernel developers. Kindly note
your supplyier about this fact and ask again for the source code.
