IIRC, the ICS partition table is at sector 0 - just blank out this sector.

However, NOTE the following carefully!

The conventional ADFS layout only allows for a 16-bit cylinder offset to
the start of the non-ADFS area on the disk.  This means that if your
ADFS partition is larger than about 32GB, it fails.
