You should set the runtime Qt directory

export QTDIR=/opt/qt-3.3.3
./hello -qws

or wherever you have the Qt runtime - fonts should be in $QTDIR/lib/fonts/

Also note that usually enabling qvfb isn't useful on the target environment,
only when testing on an X capable desktop PC.
