Hi,

My enhancements to the shoehorn bootloader are now available at
www.ibm.com/developerworks/oss/linux/patches (click on Shoehorn
Bootloader).

The enhancement enables direct downloads to flash via ethernet (or serial
port) by squeezing the ethernet and flash drivers within the 2000 bytes of
on-board SRAM. A bootloader is also provided that can be bootstrapped to
the
top of flash using shoehorn and used to boot a linux kernel. (alternatively
hermit can be used). There are some bug fixes in the patch too.
