ftp://ftp.postgresql.org/pub/.incoming
They will be moved to pub directory later.

Announcing AutoRPM 1.7!
*DESCRIPTION*
AutoRPM is a program that can do any combination of the following: mirror RPMs
from an FTP site, keep installed RPMs consistent with an FTP site or local
directory, and keep installed RPMs in a cluster or network of systems consis-
tent. It is highly flexible and even contains a menu-driven
Interactive-Install mode.
Version 1.6.1 -> 1.7
- - Added FTP Connection Retries!
See FTP_Retries and FTP_Retry_Delay in autorpm.conf(5)!
- - Will not FTP a file if it already exists and is the same size.
- - Added RPM_Opt() action
- - Fixed a parsing problem when { was on a line by itself
- - Queues will/can no longer have duplicate entries

Get the non-achitecture-specific main program:

And the required Perl library:
ftp://ftp.kaybee.org/pub/redhat/RPMS/noarch/perl-libnet-1.0605-2.noarch.rpm
And make sure you have the 'dialog' program that came with Red Hat Linux 5.X.
Oh, and you also need 'perl' and 'mailx'.
