Well, the patch that lands should include a mention that users are  
actively irritated that their apps which are waiting for aio disk ops  
aren't showing up in wait time accounting.  We're not just doing it  
'cause we can :).

Anyway, I'm fine with this as a hopefully minimal fix to appease  
those users.  If we have to get more aggressive with "io" operation  
tracking in the context we can do that later.
