All, I am downloading a "clean" Redhat version 7 now - Thank you Mr. Miranda.  I will \
update my install, incorporate the suggestions, and update list as soon as possible.

For Fedora 20, you need to modify REDHAT PRM (root=/dev/ram0 and ip=off should not be \
used any more, you have to specify installation repository):

ro ramdisk_size=40000
CMSDASD=191 CMSCONFFILE=redhat.conf
vnc
inst.repo=http://secondary.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora-secondary/releases/20/Fedora/s390x/os/
